If the home qualifies, we provide a warranty on the exterior against leaks for up to 5 years — even if we didn't install the products. If it doesn't qualify, we provide a clear list of the repairs required to meet the free warranty requirements. Either way, your buyer gets confidence, and your seller gets a stronger listing.
