Step 1: Inspection
This is a critical first step in our service. Performing a thorough inspection protects your client from surprises. Once a home inspection happens, there’s no going back. Performing roof repairs before the home inspection reduces the likelihood the buyer requests a new roof by 82%. That’s huge. And, if we perform a repair, we don’t just warranty the repair, we warranty the entire roof for 1 year, FREE. Our roof certification will leave all parties ready to close.
Step 2: Refresh/Repair Any Problem Areas
Little improvements can make a BIG difference. The way people feel when they first walk up to a home matters. Seeing deferred maintenance on the outside of the home leaves prospective buyers feeling uneasy about the way other maintenance was performed. Step 3: Certify + Warranty
Receive an exterior certificate of good standing and warranty. It is our goal to get you to close. Repairs, warranties, and certificates of good standing are all on the table. We’ll even take payment out of closing. Let’s get through the finish line together.
We are also willing to warranty entire systems, such as the roof, siding, and windows, following an inspection, provided our recommended maintenance (if necessary) has been performed. (additional charges apply). If your buyer is concerned about the condition of these items, they’ll sleep easy knowing the system is warranted against leaking.
